Regulatory Compliance & Oversight
Ardence Capital operates under strict regulatory frameworks to ensure the highest standards of financial service delivery. Our operations are registered and licensed in France, adhering to European Union financial services regulations. We maintain segregated client accounts, ensuring that customer funds are protected and separate from operational capital. Our commitment to transparency means we regularly undergo independent audits and maintain regulatory reporting to protect our clients' interests.
Security Standards & Client Protection
Ardence Capital implements bank-level security protocols to safeguard client assets and personal information. Our multi-layered security infrastructure ensures the highest protection standards for all trading activities and account management:
Risk Disclosure & Trading Warnings
Important Risk Warning: Trading in financial markets, including cryptocurrencies, forex, and stocks, involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources, and other relevant circumstances.
The high degree of leverage available in trading can work both for and against you. Leverage can amplify profits but also magnify losses, and you could lose more than your initial investment. Before deciding to trade, you should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
Cryptocurrency trading is particularly volatile and subject to regulatory changes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Ardence Capital provides educational resources and risk management tools, but the final trading decisions and associated risks remain with the client.
We strongly recommend that you: (1) Only invest funds you can afford to lose, (2) Start with a demo account to practice, (3) Use stop-loss orders to limit potential losses, (4) Diversify your portfolio across different assets, and (5) Never trade based on emotions.
AML/KYC Compliance & Identity Verification
Ardence Capital is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. In accordance with international AML regulations and EU directives, we implement rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all clients. All users must complete identity verification before accessing trading services. This includes providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and in some cases, source of funds documentation. We continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity and maintain comprehensive records as required by regulatory authorities. Your cooperation with these procedures helps us maintain a secure and compliant trading environment for all users.
Terms of Service
By accessing and using the Ardence Capital trading platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All trades executed on our platform are final and binding. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in prohibited activities including market manipulation, unauthorized access, or fraudulent behavior. Ardence Capital values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect information necessary for account verification, regulatory compliance, and platform functionality. Your data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols and stored securely. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary for platform operations (e.g., payment processors). Fee Structure
Ardence Capital maintains a transparent fee structure. Trading fees start at 0.1% per transaction and vary based on account type and trading volume. There are no deposit fees for most payment methods. Withdrawal fees depend on the payment method: cryptocurrency withdrawals incur network fees, bank transfers may have processing fees (typically $10-25), and e-wallet withdrawals are typically free or minimal. Inactivity fees of $10/month may apply to dormant accounts (no activity for 12+ months). Premium and VIP account holders receive reduced fees and enhanced benefits.
